Lawrenceville Arts Center

Lawrenceville’s new art center is set for grand opening in a few weeks.  I had a chance to wander around the square recently, and it provided a good subject for shooting at dusk.  Can’t wait to see how this evolves in conjunction with the Aurora Theatre!

Skies Clearing at Dusk

After a gray, dreary day, clouds broke at dusk to reveal a calmingly colorful sky.

ATL in B&W

Thanksgiving weekend is almost over, and it was excellent.  Close friends and family enjoyed a delicious meal and Thanksgiving Day visit, including a special visit from my best bud Carl (thanks for being here, bro!).  We all had lots of great food through the weekend, took in a movie, hiked and enjoyed time outdoors … this (and […]

I wanted to do an evening shoot on my last night of […]

Big Ben

I returned yesterday from an October business trip to London.  True to form, I could not resist taking a small(ish) camera kit.  Given it was a short trip – depart Monday, return Friday – I was tempted to leave the gear behind.  The extra bag and weight are terribly inconvenient at times, but I knew […]

Milky Way in Death Valley National Park

My bud Carl and I did a photo tour of Death Valley and the Eastern Sierras outside of Bishop, CA.  Marc Adamus was our workshop leader, along with two other participants (Pierre from Calgary and Loscar from Pensacola).  Marc’s photo artistry of nature and our country’s landscape is phenomenal and inspirational, to say the least.  […]
