Happy Birthday!

Project 365 – Day 15

My wonderful family surprised me with an awesome wine rack for my birthday!  Now we have two, the other of which my brother Mike gave me at Christmas.  Each is unique, and I love them both!  Today I was looking at them and their beautiful patterns and shadows.  I’m always drawn to repeating patterns.  Capturing the patterns of this particular rack, with the softness of shadows and very thin depth of field, seemed to play well together.  I also like the subtle color “notes” of blues, reds, and yellows.  🙂
