Overload

Project 365 – Day 20

This age of technology has exponentially increased the amount and velocity of available information.  And, it continues to compound and accelerate.  The good:  The possibilities for learning, analyzing, comparing, communicating, and consuming are almost beyond imagination.  The (potentially) bad:  Our capacities to imagine, be creative, filter “noise”,  focus, and be content are often cluttered or suppressed.  This image, with it’s convergence of lines, textures, and words, is my metaphor for how we are inundated.  Invigorating yet overwhelming, all at the same time.
