Repetition

Project 365 – Day 26

Have you ever noticed how repetition fills our lives?  Schedules and routines repeat themselves.  We form habits and preferences that we return to daily.  Sometimes repetition feels safe and predictable.  Other times it presents itself as monotony or “insanity” (doing the same thing and expecting a different result ….).  I work to embrace both by celebrating the repetitive things that bring structure and stability, while challenging those that take me into a rut or stifle creativity.  Distinguishing can often be tough.
